Cowerks is a coworking and office space company serving remote workers, freelancers, and early-stage startups in Monmouth County. I founded and operated the original Mattison Avenue office beginning in 2010, followed by the Lakehouse location from 2013–2020, which functioned as a coworking space, workshop venue, and community hub with regular events and programming.
While the Lakehouse space is no longer open, Cowerks continues to operate today as a more traditional office and coworking offering. Current locations include 808 Springwood Avenue in Asbury Park (Junction Hall / Second Life Bikes building) and 32 Monmouth Street in Red Bank, with a focus on providing flexible, professional office infrastructure for small teams and independent operators.
