Convene is an all-in-one platform and marketplace for running pop-up events, markets, and recurring community gatherings, designed to connect event organizers with vendors. The platform brings applications, payments, communication, promotion, and reporting into a single, purpose-built system.

Convene grew directly out of Fresh Markets, the market business we’ve run since 2012. We’ve operated hundreds of markets and worked with more than 10,000 vendors, and we built internal software along the way because nothing purpose-built existed. Convene is that software, rebuilt as a product for other organizers. That origin shaped every workflow, from how organizers are discovered by vendors to how applications, approvals, and payouts are managed, with the goal of reducing administrative overhead and improving event quality.

Convene helps organizers reach an established vendor community, streamline operations, and grow their events through built-in promotion tools and clear analytics. It supports farmers markets, seasonal and weekly markets, festivals, municipalities, chambers of commerce, and independent organizers who want professional infrastructure without unnecessary complexity.

Launching first in New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania, Convene is being rolled out through a curated onboarding process to maintain high standards across the marketplace. The result is a trusted ecosystem where organizers and vendors can connect, operate efficiently, and grow together.
